By placing an order with Sicko.lk (via WhatsApp or any other channel), you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms.
All products come with a 7-day checking warranty starting from the date you receive your order. Warranty claims must be raised within this period — no exceptions.
Warranty only applies to factory defects, meaning internal hardware issues that were present at the time of delivery. This includes problems such as the SIM slot not working, Wi-Fi not connecting, or Bluetooth failing to function.
We do not cover physical damage (cracks, scratches, liquid damage), software issues, damage caused by misuse or drops, or any fault that occurred after the product was received.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final. In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
